Job Responsibilities \* Proactively identify and cultivate new mortgage loan opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach. \* Conduct thorough financial needs assessments for prospective clients to recommend suitable mortgage products and solutions. \* Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, from initial inquiry to loan disbursement, ensuring all required documentation is collected accurately and promptly. \* Prepare and present loan proposals, outlining terms, conditions, and repayment schedules to clients. \* Collaborate closely with internal departments, such as credit assessment, legal, and operations, to facilitate efficient loan processing and approvals. \* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of UOB's mortgage products, services, policies, and relevant market trends and regulations. \* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. \* Achieve individual and team sales targets for mortgage loan origination and related financial products. \* Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, banking regulations, and industry best practices. \* Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance UOB's presence in the mortgage market.
