Job summary

CIMB Bank Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager/Mortgage Advisor for Setiawangsa to grow mortgage and SME loan sales across conventional and Islamic banking channels. You will build a referral network with realtors, developers and solicitors while pre-screening customers for credit worthiness.

Fresh graduates are welcome as training is provided; a team player with strong communication is highly valued, and owning transport is a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holders in any discipline with min. 2 years sales experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• Good product knowledge in mortgages and SME loans for conventional and Islamic banking will be an added advantage.
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably possess own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationship and network with realtors, developers, and solicitors to increase referrals.
• Source for quality loans by pre-screen customers to make initial judgment of credit worthiness.
