We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join our Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) team in the role of Mortgage Senior Specialist, working together with colleagues to display HSBC Values and achieve our Vision to become the world’s leading international Bank.

Principal Responsibilities:

  1. Grow the Mortgage business, cross-sell retail banking products, and refer potential Premier customers to Premier Relationship Bankers or Managers.
  2. Consistently meet individual performance expectations and strive to achieve high sales performance.
  3. Lead the Personal Banking proposition to ensure opportunities are identified and customer needs are met effectively, maximising all available resources.
  4. Grow the customer portfolio by generating mortgage business and referring Premier and Wealth needs to the branch.
  5. Collaborate closely with the branch Primary Banker, Premier Relationship Banker, and Managers to ensure continuous inward referrals for mortgage needs.
  6. Maintain high standards of sales and service levels by providing excellent customer engagement and experience journey as per the bank’s standards.
  7. Accurately acquire, update, store, and maintain all customer information.
  8. Meet the requirements of the Sales Quality Standards by minimizing errors and breaches.
  9. Adhere to operational procedures within stipulated guidelines, regulations, audit requirements, compliance, and other relevant manuals.
