About the role

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and securing new mortgage business to support the growth of the organisation. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, helping them achieve their home ownership goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to understand their financial needs and property goals
  • Evaluate customer financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products and solutions
  • Guide customers through the entire mortgage application and approval process
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and other referral partners
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and new mortgage products and features
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and seamless experience for clients
