The candidate must maintain strict compliance with ML/KYC and credit policies while ensuring data integrity and conducting face-to-face customer interviews.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales target for mortgage loans.
• Cross-sell MRTA and achieve MRTA penetration target (80%).
• Deliver minimum sales productivity of 2.5 million per month.
• Maintain relationships with developers, lawyers, valuers and real estate agents.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulators/KYC, credit policies and service standards.
• Exercise due care on money laundering/KYC matters in day-to-day operations (account opening, reporting suspicions, support to team).
• Ensure data integrity and that customers’ income documents are originals sighted.
• Conduct face-to-face interviews with customers.
