Job description

- Responsible for sales fulfillment for mortgage and payroll financing.

- Participate in all sales and marketing activities such as property launches, seminar sales, casual chats, payroll, and product launches.

- Emphasis on key products, namely mortgages and payroll finance, through successful identification of customer needs.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships and maintain close liaison with referring parties (i.e., solicitors, real estate agents, housing developers, property appraisers, payroll companies, selected GLCs, etc.).

- Consistently meet and exceed set sales goals.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates with a strong interest in financial and sales advisory are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum SPM Holder (or equivalent) in any relevant qualification.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills and a team player.
• Good communication skills in engaging with all parties.
• Able to work under pressure and results-oriented.
• High self-confidence, energetic, and pleasant personality.
• Good sales traits, good convincing power, strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
