We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team in the role of Mortgage Advisor, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Qualifications - External:
A university degree is preferred for this role as it involves analytical capacity and quick and measured responses on a daily basis.
Candidates must have at least 2 to 3 years experience in managing and dealing with quality assurance and audit-related tasks in a sales environment. Experience in Mobile Sales/Direct Sales environment will be an added advantage.
Must be meticulous, detailed, and strong in written English to be able to present findings and recommendations from a Quality Assurance perspective.
Candidate must be well versed with the various risk factors and system dependency and be able to make suitable decisions.
Candidate must be proficient in English. Mandarin and Bahasa Language will be an advantage.
