Qualifications

• At least 2 years' working experience preferably in Property Development industry.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office.
• A good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the month end closing and ensure all postings are performed accurately.
• Ensure the monthly reporting deliverables are accurately prepared and analyzed.
• Responsible for year-end statutory audit and tax filings.
