Mới Tooling Design Manager

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Technology, or a related field.
2. 10 years of experience in stamping die design (progressive, transfer, or line dies preferred).
3. Proficient in CAD software; experience with solid modeling and drafting standards.
4. Strong understanding of stamping processes, materials, tolerances, and GD&T.
5. Knowledge of tool steel selection, heat treatment, and wear resistance principles.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Effective communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
8. Able to be stationed at Kulim, Malaysia.
