Job summary

Intel Corporation in Penang seeks a technician to troubleshoot electrical or mechanical issues on manufacturing equipment. You will dismantle, adjust, repair, install and calibrate tools, and coordinate with suppliers for service when needed.

You will monitor data to improve tool performance and generate reports. Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics or related field, and 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics or related technical field.
• 1 year of technical experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged.
• 12-hour shift with day/night rotation weekly.
• Able to stand for long periods and support OT when needed.
• Strong technical aptitude and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical or mechanical issues in manufacturing equipment.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair and install/assemble equipment per plans and manuals.
• Perform setup, calibration and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Monitor data, generate reports and support module engineering with experiments.
