Job summary

Intel Corporation is seeking a skilled technician for electrical or mechanical troubleshooting in the manufacturing environment. You will dismantle, repair, install and calibrate equipment, and perform preventative maintenance to improve tool performance.

The role involves data monitoring, reporting on system failures, and collaborating with Module Engineering to implement experiments and configuration changes. On-site work in Bayan Lepas, Penang or Kulim, Kedah is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics or related technical field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Works in 12-hour shift with day/night rotation; able to stand long hours; willing to OT during festivals/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair non-functioning equipment used in manufacturing.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, install/assemble equipment per plans and manuals.
• Setup, calibration and preventative maintenance on production equipment; coordinate with suppliers for service.
