About The Role

As a CBRE Mobile Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance for multiple buildings, industrial systems, and equipment, addressing ground requests.

This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services team, responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems across Johor & Melaka.
  • Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and track completion.
  • Support energy management to ensure efficient operation of systems.
  • Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Follow procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
  • Perform duties under supervision following defined procedures and processes.
What You’ll Need

  • Willing to travel within Johor & Melaka using company vehicle.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience; experience and education considered in lieu of diploma. Valid Driver’s License required; GDL license is an advantage.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying loads over 50 lbs.
  • Ability to follow work routines and standards.
  • Effective communication skills for straightforward exchanges.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills for calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.
