JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and manage the mobile team operations, including field readiness, spare parts inventory, fleet/vehicle coordination, and PPE distribution.
- Plan, monitor, and track Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities across sites, ensuring alignment with budget and SLA requirements.
- Oversee site inspections, project readiness reports (CRR), and compliance with facility management standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Manage vendor and dealer relationships to ensure smooth and cost-effective service delivery.
- Monitor and report operational performance metrics (WO completion rate, response time, utilization, KPIs) to drive service excellence.
- Control operational budgets, verify invoices, and support cost optimization and financial compliance.
- Ensure zero LTI, compliance with QSHE policies, and promote a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.
- Coordinate communication with stakeholders, providing timely updates on service status, maintenance schedules, and issue resolutions.
- Mentor and supervise team members, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Prepare management reports, performance analysis, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions and contract continuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any field) from a recognised Malaysian university.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) or a related field.
- Comfortable using MS Office, with skills in preparing reports, presentations, and improvement plans.
- Strong people skills with the ability to lead, collaborate, and build effective relationships.
- Good communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with solid computer literacy.
