Job summary

Sepadu Group is seeking a Facilities Technician (Mobile Team) to provide maintenance and repair services across multiple sites in Kuala Lumpur, traveling between locations to inspect electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and to perform general building upkeep.

You will respond to service requests, document work orders, comply with safety regulations, and coordinate with site managers. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in facility maintenance or related role.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general building maintenance.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Perform general building maintenance, including carpentry, painting, and basic masonry work.
• Travel between sites and respond to service requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and materials used.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and in working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and identify hazards and areas for improvement.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Facilities Technician (Mobile Team) to provide maintenance and repair services across multiple sites. This role requires frequent travel between locations to perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs for building systems, ensuring all facilities remain in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Repairs:

• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Perform general building maintenance, including carpentry, painting, and basic masonry work.

Respond to service requests and emergency breakdowns promptly.

• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Install, maintain, and repair fixtures, equipment, and mechanical systems as needed.

Mobile Team Operations:

• Travel to different sites/buildings based on assigned schedules and service requests.
• Communicate with site managers and tenants to address maintenance issues efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and materials used.

• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and in working condition.

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling tools, equipment, and hazardous materials.
• Identify and report potential hazards, defects, or areas needing improvement.
• Assist in conducting preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failure risks.

Qualifications:

• Certificate/Diploma in Facility Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related role.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.

Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Willing to travel frequently between different sites.

Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport (preferred).
