Job summary

You will work in balanced agile teams and help adopt an AI-assisted delivery approach, using tools like GitHub Copilot to improve speed, quality and learning. The role is based in Malaysia with collaboration across APAC teams.

• Support production operations, including incident triage, troubleshooting and defect resolution.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of mobile engineering practices, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Participate in shift-based support coverage as needed to meet operational requirements.
