Mobile Developer

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide deep technical expertise in the aspects of solution design for mobile and web application development. Focus on delivery of our technical roadmap with latest technologies and maintaining our in-house field force automation solution, RetailAIM. Ensures solutions are well designed with maintainability / ease of integration and testing across multiple mobile platforms. Possess strong proficiency in development and testing practices common to the industry.

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Support the entire software development lifecycle (concept, design, develop, test, release and support).
2. Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean, well-documented code.
3. Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions.
4. Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
5. Great problem-solving skills around technical, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and business questions.
6. Good verbal and written communication skills.
7. Collaborative and team oriented.

Academic Qualification(s):

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject and / or equivalent formal training or work experience.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

1. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of Mobile Development in a production capacity.
2. Ensure design is robust, extensible, and reusable.
3. Mobile-specific functionality such as location, push notifications, camera interaction, and cross-app interaction.
4. Experience in Flutter, C#, ASP.NET Core, Bootstrap, React.js, Vue.js, Typescript (language) and Angular (UI).
5. Experience in any cloud-based solution Azure, AWS, or Google cloud.
6. Familiarity with the GitHub platform and associated workflow of DevOps.
7. Knowledgeable in any database system & SQL language such as Azure SQL or Microsoft SQL.
8. Knowledge of UX and UI. Proficient in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
9. Knowledge of backend web services technology such as API & JSON.
10. Desire and willingness to work on new skills and technologies.
11. Self-motivated; able to work within an Agile, team environment.

Salary range: RM4, 000 - RM7, 000
