Cloud Security Specialist Position: Safeguard Data with Advanced Solutions

ADI Malaysia is seeking candidates for the role of Cloud & Security Specialist in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Language Proficiency: English

Responsibilities :

• Assist with daily AWS Cloud Infrastructure operations and JIRA administration tasks.
• Support internal development team in implementing secure coding practices.
• Provide solutions for cloud, infrastructure, and technical requests internally.
• Contribute to security-related policy documentation for continuous improvement.
• Administer Bitdefender GravityZone Antivirus server for AWS cloud production instances.
• Gather data, conduct research, and perform analysis on infrastructure, security, network, and cloud topics.

Requirements:

• Possess at least an advanced diploma or degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong technical experience and skills in secure coding, network security, security architecture, cloud architecture, and cloud security.
• Exposure to AWS security services such as AWS CloudTrail, Macie, Inspector, Trusted Advisor, and AWS Hub.
• Familiarity with data security and legislation such as GDPR and EU Data Protection laws.
• Basic knowledge of JIRA administration, DevOps tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, and VMware ESXi is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
