MIS Officer - Hardware Support

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and monitor all IT equipment including server, notebook, desktop PC, printer, and network equipment to ensure they are in operable condition. This includes support, setup, and installation of software and hardware.
2. Responsible for day-to-day system administration, including Active Directory (AD), mailbox, and file server, and perform and ensure data and system backup.
3. Vendor sourcing & procurement, IT asset maintenance report, and documentation.
4. Provide system support to all users related to IT.
5. Assist other IT members with project/ad hoc assignments, as necessary.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidates must possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in IT network will be an added advantage.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Candidate must be willing to work in the Senai, Johor area.
