• Knowledge in support servers / VM Servers will be an advantage.
• Experience in troubleshooting systems, with a focus on VLAN configuration and management.

Strong skills in network configuration, including Aruba switch management and VLAN setup and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proficiently install and configure hardware and software components.
• Diagnose and replace damaged hardware to minimize downtime.
• Perform system upgrades for compatibility with new or updated software.
• Install, configure, and upgrade antivirus software to enhance security.
• Test and validate new hardware and software before deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with departments to solve problems, meet schedules, and track progress toward goals.
