Mid-Senior Backend Developer (Go Language) (ID: 674058)

Responsible for backend development of the company’s products, including tackling technical challenges.

Deliver high-quality design and code; proactively identify and improve existing issues; handle and resolve customer service feedback and production issues.

Possess strong communication skills; collaborate closely with front-end teams and product managers to define and implement technical solutions.

Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with over 2 years of backend system development experience.

Proficient in Golang and related frameworks (including but not limited to: TarsGo, Kratos, go-zero).

Experience with application profiling is required; experience with Vue is a plus.

Familiar with open-source components such as Linux, MySQL, Redis, Nginx, MQ, Docker, and able to apply and optimize them effectively.

Solid understanding of TCP, HTTP, HTTPS, and web security. Familiar with general architectural design principles and microservices concepts.

Strong abstract thinking and domain modeling skills. Experience in designing, developing, and optimizing distributed, high-concurrency, and high-availability systems is a plus.

Clear thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills, a strong sense of teamwork, proactive attitude, and a willingness to share knowledge.
