Job summary

LANDinc in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, invites an Intermediate Landscape Architect to join our on-site studio and help deliver innovative landscape architecture, urban design, and master planning across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond. You will contribute to all project phases, collaborate with international teams, mentor junior staff, and take ownership of project packages while maintaining design excellence and technical rigor.

This full-time, onsite position is based in Johor Bahru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 4+ years of professional experience.
• Strong design and technical documentation across phases.
• Proficiency in Vectorworks/AutoCAD; experience with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, SketchUp.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and mentor junior staff.
• Eligibility for professional registration is asset.

Responsibilities

• General project work from concept to construction docs under supervision.
• Monitor progress to align with design and schedules.
• Prepare design intent via computer or hand drawings.
• Liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Attend project/coordination meetings.
• Other duties as assigned by the team leader.
