A financial institution in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced professional to oversee microcredit financing and project evaluations. Responsibilities include monitoring project performance, ensuring compliance, and preparing stakeholder reports. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Business and at least 3 years of experience in related fields. Strong skills in credit origination and risk management are essential.
To perform evaluation and prepare Project Proposal Paper under Program Financing concept for approval submission within the stipulated Turn Around Time (TAT).
To execute and monitor all approved projects according to governing Policy & manual including but not limited to documentations completion, terms & conditions compliance prior disbursement.
To perform continuous monitoring on project performance, Asset Quality and prepare annual review for tabulation to Management.
To prepare Periodically Reporting to all stakeholders on funds utilization, project & project operator performance, impact of project on participants economy & skill development, local community, socio economy impact and contribution for improvement of country Self Sufficient Level (SSL).
To support Branches & Regions on all aspect related to project originations, executions, monitoring, compliance and disbursement.
All these aspects should be in line with the KPI set by the Management.
*Refering to specific community project under program financing (e.g. Petronas B40 contract farming program, FELDA PPP, Paddy financing, MINTRED etc.)
