About the Department

The Retail function offers Personal and Business Banking customers tailored financial solutions, helping them manage their money and meet financial goals through products like deposits, insurance, loans, and wealth advisory services.

The Business Banking division develops integrated products aimed at supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through growth stages, including working capital loans, operational efficiency solutions, and currency exposure management.

For Business Wealth Acquisition Manager

• Responsible for sales and marketing of deposits and FOREX; meeting the financial needs of SMEs.
• Acquire new business accounts and manage the portfolio growth of high-deposit SMEs.
• Drive deposit acquisition, identify business opportunities, and meet targets.
• Monitor and execute action plans to achieve deposit targets.

For Business Wealth Relationship Manager

• Responsible for sales and marketing of deposits and FOREX; serving SME clients' financial needs.
• Deepen client relationships via cash management solutions and manage portfolio growth.
• Actively pursue deposit growth, identify opportunities, and meet targets.
• Collaborate closely with Branch Manager and Team Head.

Job Requirements

For Business Wealth Acquisition Manager

• Strong business acumen, proactive, and highly motivated.
• Good sales and customer relationship management skills.
• 1-2 years experience in business-to-consumer sales with a proven track record.
• Experience in credit marketing is an advantage.
