Overview

The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high‑volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the planning and control of the flow of materials, products, services and related system information from point of origin to point of delivery. Key responsibilities include:

• Supply chain services and inventory control.
• Critical parts availability and material handling.
• Import‑export licensing, third‑party warehousing and shipping/receiving activities.
• Develop and implement logistics plans, budgets, and procedures to maximize compliance with customer needs within budget constraints.
• Provide financial reporting and reconciliation of inventories.
• Understand and manage international Letters of Credit and related banking documents for international shipments.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross‑functional teams (Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, and Product Development) to optimize systems and procedures.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4‑6 years of supervisory experience.
