Job summary

UOB in Malaysia is seeking a Personal Banker to drive branch sales and portfolio growth across key bank products. This position requires a license to sell securities and related investment products, and will involve supporting promotional activities and strengthening customer relationships.

Requires a license to sell securities and related investment products. Activities include support of promotional activities, enhancing customer relationships, and referring customers to other areas, as appropriate. The Personal Banker focus specializes in unlicensed Sales staff. Includes maximizing revenues, product initiatives, sales, customer satisfaction, and minimizing operational losses, in addition to deepening existing relationships and minimizing customer attrition. Consumer Banking covers activities related to providing services and products directly to consumers through various business channels. This group includes retail banking, consumer lending, auto finance, small business banking, and related business areas.
