Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for development and management of suppliers, specifically for PCBA contract manufacturers and PCB suppliers. Devise creative ways to achieve exceptional supply in PCBA and PCB, focusing on technology, quality and manufacturing cost.
- Applies knowledge in materials science/engineering, PCB and PCA manufacturing processes, NPI/transfer processes, and program management to collaborate with and provide consultation to different functions within the organization (e.g. R&D, production and procurement) about the research, specification, sourcing, and qualification of materials used in the design, production, and re-engineering of Keysight products.
- Manage supplier quality, part qualification, gross margin improvement, and value engineering. You may be required to lead or support cross-functional teams for product transfer, value engineering, and cost savings projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in engineering or science. Otherwise, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proactive team player who thrives on delivering solutions and results
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Strong engineering and analytical skills
- Knowledgeable in statistical and quality tools
