Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Materials Engineering.
• Final year student or candidates with less than 2 years of experience in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Materials Engineering.
• General proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job.

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support to automated and manual assembly lines for RF/Microwave products.
• Analyzing, troubleshooting, and solving product quality issues related to process.
• Resolving process problems with incoming material/parts or machine issues to improve process yield.
• Bringing all process to meet process quality requirements.
• Responsible for all quality documentation as required for the manufacturing process.
• Identify and initiate value engineering cost reduction activities and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Reorganize processes to improve the productivity of assembly lines.
• Redesigning the jig and fixture/tooling to improve process and eliminate sources of repetitive motion injury (RMI) problems.
• Reviewing and revising process/machine parameter setting to improve process yield.
• Involving in new process technology exploration and innovation.
• Works on manufacturing engineering assignments with broadly defined objectives.
• Solves straightforward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization.
• Participate in new product transfer and outsourcing project
