Responsibilities:

1. Meter installation, replacement, reading, and security.
2. Meter reconnection, disconnection, and change of tenancy.
3. Service cable and meter relocation work, either carried out independently or supervising contractors.
4. Lead non-payment disconnection/reconnection.
5. Attend to customer complaints regarding metering.
6. Issue safety documents as required by Distribution Safety Rules.
7. Provide access to TNB (BM and Kulim) for work related to TNB meters.
8. Liaise with TNB metering unit for TNB meter issues.
9. Handle customer service calls.
10. Update/create Work Orders (WO) for meter accuracy in CMMS.
11. Release, print, and complete WO for meter accuracy in CMMS.
12. Perform voltage checks from meter accuracy forms, file job cards and forms, and ensure softcopy records are updated.
13. Update KPI-Delivered Voltage Info Excel file in DI/ISO-KPI.
14. Conduct meter accuracy tests for meters returned from service.
15. Drive distribution and other assigned vehicles.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Chargeman A4).
• At least 3 years of experience in the electrical field.
