Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior Analyst, Product Management to lead MES implementation, enhancements, and ongoing operations for strategic manufacturing accounts. You will collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams to align solutions with business goals and roadmap priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years in product management, MES implementation, solution consulting, system implementation, business analysis, or software development.
• Experience with MES, Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, or industrial digitalization projects preferred.
• Experience in automotive or auto parts industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MES implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment and training.
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical specs for design and implementation.
• Maintain product backlogs, timelines, and documentation to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with UI/UX, development, QA and support teams to drive delivery.
• Manage testing, version control, release processes, and deployment activities.
