Texas Instruments Incorporated is seeking a Process Engineer to lead the digital design of our Die Prep manufacturing processes in Kuala Lumpur. This multi-phase role starts with a 1-month orientation, then deployment to an MES implementation project team for 1–2 years before returning to production to apply digital controls for yield and efficiency.

You will drive Die Prep process design within MES, define flows and material handling, establish digital controls, validate workflows with quality

Responsabilidades

• MES implementation phase: design Die Prep process flows and material handling.
• Define digital process controls and exception handling for Die Prep/Dicing operations.
• Validate workflows with quality and manufacturing teams and support UAT.
• Post-project phase: optimize yield and process stability using MES data.
