Merchant Service Executive (Johor Bahru)

• Build and maintain good relationships with merchants to foster loyalty and develop business partnerships.
• Handle merchant/customer complaints and feedback, and report to management for operational improvements.
• Gather market information such as competitor activities and customer behavior.
• Conduct training sessions for merchants.
• Follow up on merchant complaints and feedback.
• Ensure the availability of sufficient forms and POP at merchant locations, maximizing market exposure.
• Negotiate with merchants to find mutually beneficial solutions for both the company and the merchant.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Own transport and willingness to travel.
• Preferably junior executives with experience in Banking/Financial Services or similar fields.
