Oversee merchant investments and pinpoint better opportunities.
Track the Merchant dashboard to identify functional or product gaps and initiate transformational projects or initiatives.
Design and coordinate efforts for business expansion.
Participate in end-to-end projects, from concept and design to planning.
Serve as a point of contact, facilitating communication of strategies and objectives between departments to ensure project success.
Analyze proprietary data to derive insights into merchant behavior.
Present findings and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
Manage reporting and performance monitoring activities.

Requirements

Work experience in Performance Management, e-Commerce or Management Consulting.
Strong project management experience.
Structured, able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, and see through the implementation of the initiative.
Strong affinity to data, solid analytical abilities and critical thinking skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to generate insights independently.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to draw insights from complex data and design practical and scalable solutions.
Able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
Driven and comfortable with a dynamic environment.
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong people and stakeholder management skills.
