Job Description- Oversee merchant investments and pinpoint better opportunities.
- Track the Merchant dashboard to identify functional or product gaps and initiate transformational projects or initiatives.
- Design and coordinate efforts for business expansion.
- Participate in end-to-end projects, from concept and design to planning.
- Serve as a point of contact, facilitating communication of strategies and objectives between departments to ensure project success.
- Analyze proprietary data to derive insights into merchant behavior.
- Present findings and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
- Manage reporting and performance monitoring activities.
Requirements- Work experience in Performance Management, e-Commerce or Management Consulting.
- Strong project management experience.
- Structured, able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, and see through the implementation of the initiative.
- Strong affinity to data, solid analytical abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to generate insights independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to draw insights from complex data and design practical and scalable solutions.
- Able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
- Driven and comfortable with a dynamic environment.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong people and stakeholder management skills.
