Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, production coordination, or import operations.
• Experience with overseas suppliers and import documentation preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and inventory analysis reports.
• Manage order processing, including order sheet preparation.
• Coordinate with suppliers on production timelines and delivery schedules.
• Support supplier onboarding and contract preparation.
• Prepare and verify shipping and import documents.
• Coordinate warehouse activities, including delivery scheduling.
• Assist with promotional materials and monitor in-store installation status.
• Work closely with internal teams for timely issuance of documents.
