Bluebell Marketing is seeking an Assistant Merchandising Manager in Kuala Lumpur to oversee merchandise planning, buying, and inventory management for assigned brands. The role focuses on ensuring the right products are available at the right time and stores, while maximizing sales and profitability.

You will develop seasonal plans, coordinate with brand principals, and monitor performance metrics to optimize stock and margins.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to interpret sales and inventory data.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal merchandise plans based on sales performance and market trends.

• Prepare sales and inventory analysis to support decisions.
• Review purchase orders to align with plans and forecasts.
• Monitor inventory levels across stores and warehouse.
