Job description

Execute marketing activities including brand building, communication, creative, and business development of the company to achieve set objectives and profitable growth. Assist the sales team in marketing initiatives for customers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • MERCHANDISING & COLLATERAL DEVELOPMENT:
    • Create and manage merchandising strategies and collateral materials for retail and project markets to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
    • Collaborate with designer to ensure that all materials align with Weber’s brand guidelines.
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION:
    • Collaborate with sales, business development, specification and technical teams to align marketing activities with operational processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency in execution.
  • ADVERTISING & PROMOTIONS COORDINATION:
    • Plan and execute advertising campaigns, roadshows, events, promotional activities, influencer collaborations and CSR initiatives, ensuring timely and clear execution instructions are communicated to stores and relevant stakeholders.
    • Analyze marketing activities performance data and use insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • PRODUCT CAMPAIGNS & COLLABORATIONS:
    • Assist in planning and launching innovative product campaigns, influencer collaborations, CSR initiatives, exclusive promotions, and brand-related activities with third-party partners and internal teams.
  • SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage consumers, promote Weber products, and increase brand loyalty.
  • Lead video content planning and execution in collaboration with external agencies to promote Weber products across digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • MARKETING SUPPORT:
    • Collaborate as a team to actively participate in the planning and execution of a variety of company major events.
    • Assist with ad-hoc marketing duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Management, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills. Knowledge of both oral and written Bahasa Malay and Chinese languages would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and also a team player.
  • Creative, proactive, aggressive and analytical with pleasant attitude.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, confident, and outgoing.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
  • Able to work on Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator or Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and able to establish productive relationships with people at all levels.
  • Eye for detail, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
