● Diploma in any relevant field of study.
● Minimum 2 years of working experience in the retail industry. Knowledge of contact lenses/lenses would be an added advantage (Optical Industry).

● Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Select a range of products to be sold based on market trends, customer preferences, and sales data analysis.
● Oversee inventory levels to maintain optimal stock while minimizing excess inventory and markdowns. This includes monitoring sales trends, forecasting demand, and implementing strategies for efficient inventory management.
● Create item codes and set competitive prices for products.
● Manage the inventory of consignment and defective items for HQ and outlets.
● Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development departments to ensure alignment on merchandising strategies and goals.
● Identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies based on analysis.
● Evaluate vendor performance and seek new sourcing opportunities as needed.
● Provide service to frontliner needs.
