Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a merchandising assistant to ensure accurate inventory records across all product categories and to monitor shipment status and purchase orders for timely arrivals.

You will coordinate inventory relocation, stock transfer and replenishment planning, work with logistics and warehouse teams, and assist in re-ordering best-selling items while contributing to assortment planning. Also prepare merchandising reports and support the team with ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in merchandising, inventory, retail admin or related role (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

What you'll be doing

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Alternate Saturdays (half day)
• May be required to work on public holidays when operationally necessary

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with stores, logistics, warehouse and suppliers
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Passion for fashion / retail will be an added advantage
