Job summary

A leading global provider of smart devices is looking for a qualified individual to support event setups, manage POSM displays, and provide market feedback. Ideal candidates should have a degree in education, business, or related fields, and possess strong communication skills. Experience in merchandising or training is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• 1 to 3 years of training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• POSM display and replenish at dealers' shops.
• Assist Sales Manager in deploying POSM and sales activities.
• Coordinate cross-departmental and regional resource scheduling.

• POSM display and replenish at dealers' shops
• Major Roadshow and event support on setup
• Daily visitation report submission
• Promoter monitoring, including grooming, etiquette, gesture, live demo experience, cleanliness of outlet and display
• Ensure display maintenance according to guidelines during checks
• Assist Sales Manager in deploying POSM and sales activities
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to Sales Manager and RGM
• Coordinate cross-departmental and regional resource scheduling and cooperation
• Plan and manage terminal material production, construction, and regional management

Requirements:

• Must possess at least SPM level or bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related fields
• 1 to 3 years of training experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
