Merchandiser Assistant / Merchandiser Executive

Full spectrum of purchasing process including creating purchase orders, liaising, monitoring, following up, and expediting delivery with suppliers.

Maintain procurement records such as purchase, delivery, product quality performance, and inventories.

Assist with export matters, liaise with freight forwarders on vessel booking, and handle export documentation.

Handle e-commerce activities, manage product listings on the website.

Perform other related or ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• SPM or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of working experience as a Merchandiser.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
