Job Responsibility
- To identify, check and prompt sales order in the assigned supermarket/outlets for distributors
- To follow up on their sales routes and to ensure the maintenance of service to these outlets.
- To implement brand visibility programmed which aimed at enhancing in-store branding in the identified outlets.
- To acts as a brand liaison person with the identified strategic channels for in-store consumer activities.
- To provide daily field visit report to Business Development Manager
- To actively feedback/report competitorsâ latest activities to Business Development Manager
- Implement and ensure effective merchandising and visibility standards as per the planogram, POS materials/price tags are in order
- Assist outlets in setting up product block displays and any other promotional works in the outlets as required from time to time
- To provide the merchandising reports to Business Development Manager
- To assist Business Manager recruit, train, motivate sales promoter when needed
Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience working in related field.
- Minimum SPM
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
