Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and motivated MEP professionals to join our growing team across various positions including MEP Design Engineers, Coordinators, Site Engineers, and Supervisors. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and will be responsible for the design, coordination, implementation, and supervision of MEP works in large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design / Engineering

• Develop and review MEP system designs (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) in accordance with project specifications and local regulations.
• Prepare calculations, technical specifications, and drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure design intent is met.

Coordination

• Coordinate MEP services with structural and architectural trades to avoid clashes using BIM or other coordination tools.
• Review shop drawings, materials, and method statements for MEP systems.
• Attend coordination meetings and resolve technical issues across disciplines.

Site Engineering / Supervision

• Monitor site installation and ensure compliance with design, standards, and safety.
• Supervise MEP contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution of work.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Maintain daily reports, progress tracking, and quality control documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–7years of relevant experience in MEP Design, Coordination, or Site Supervision roles.
• Experience in industrial building projects such as Data Centres, Semiconductor, factory. warehouse, Cleanroom
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or other MEP/BIM software tools.
