Job summary

Michael Page supports a client delivering data center infrastructure projects in Malaysia. The role involves preparing electrical and mechanical IFC drawing packages, developing Revit BIM models for project delivery, and conducting clash detection to produce coordinated MEP drawings.

You will support BOQ preparation, produce accurate as-built drawings from site measurements, and coordinate closely with subcontractors, engineers, QA/QC, safety and procurement teams to ensure compliance with

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Revit BIM modeling software.
• Knowledge of local and international MEP codes and standards.
• Minimum 5 years in construction, engineering consultancy, or related environment.
• Experience preparing IFC drawings and coordinated MEP models.
• Familiarity with clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical and mechanical IFC drawing packages under the guidance of engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain Revit BIM models for project delivery.
• Conduct clash detection and produce coordinated MEP drawings.
• Support the preparation of MEP BOQs.
• Produce accurate as-built drawings based on site measurements and installation records.
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, engineers, QA/QC personnel, safety teams, and procurement stakeholders.
• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, codes, and standards.
• Update design documentation and revisions throughout project execution.
