Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a seasoned Project Planning & Execution professional in Malaysia (Selangor) to lead cross-functional project teams and manage scope, schedule, cost and quality across semiconductor/industrial projects. Strong leadership and English fluency are essential.

The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and client engagement, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing semiconductor / industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; fluency in English required.

Responsibilities
