Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Software Engineering or Business IT management.
1–5 years of software development experience.
Excellent English and Japanese (N2) communication skills.
Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
Interested in low-code technology; training provided.

Responsibilities

Utilize Mendix Low-Code Development Platform to craft applications for client needs.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Define functional and technical software requirements for projects.
Conduct testing and provide ongoing maintenance for applications.
Develop insights into clients' businesses to identify opportunities for innovation.
Foster strong client relationships through clear communication with clients and leadership.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements to products and processes.
