About the role

Join the dynamic team at Believe Fitness' as a Membership Consultant in Petaling Jaya Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to new and existing members. Your role will be crucial in growing the gym's membership base and ensuring the continued success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming and greeting all members and prospective members in a friendly and professional manner
• Conducting gym tours and presenting the unique features and benefits of Believe Fitness' to potential members
• Handling membership enquiries, processing new memberships and renewals accurately and efficiently
• Developing strong relationships with members to encourage retention and drive referrals
• Achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach and consultative selling
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Believe Fitness' membership packages, promotions and gym facilities
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any member queries or concerns in a timely manner
• Assisting with the planning and execution of member events and marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

• Strong sales and customer service experience, ideally within the fitness industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with members
• Enthusiastic and driven personality with a passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve their goals
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently to meet and exceed targets
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate member records and data
• Confidence in using technology and point-of-sale systems
