Job summary

Celebrity Fitness Malaysia is hiring a Membership Consultant to help people achieve their health and fitness goals. You will build sales and communication skills working with an energetic team and benefit from comprehensive training and attractive staff benefits.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will guide potential members to choose the right membership and services, conduct tours, and meet sales targets while delivering a welcoming joining experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, appointments, and club visits.
• Conduct club tours and explain membership options, facilities, and fitness experiences.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable memberships, Personal Training, and other relevant services.
• Achieve sales targets by converting prospects into new members and supporting revenue growth.
• Build member relationships and provide excellent service throughout the joining experience.
• Support promotions and events that attract new prospects and create sales opportunities.
• Work with the club team to deliver a welcoming, energetic environment.
• Maintain accurate sales records and stay updated on membership products and fitness trends.
