Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Membership Consultant located in Gombak, Malaysia. The Membership Consultant will be responsible for membership sales, communication with members, customer service, and sales activities on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Membership Sales and Sales skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in membership management is a plus
• Prior sales experience in a similar role
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for fitness
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
