Key Responsibilities

• Actively drive market conversion and sales expansion in Johor and Melaka.
• Identify customer needs and create opportunities to maximize sales growth.
• Execute marketing strategies and business development plans.
• Conduct sales activities professionally and with integrity.
• Prepare accurate sales quotations and follow up with proposals and inquiries.
• Provide pre- and post-sales training and support to customers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure success in the field.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Science. Fresh graduates interested in starting their career in the pharmaceutical industry are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with other related Bachelor degree fields and at least 1-2 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry will have an advantage.
• Resourceful, analytic, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, or pharmacies.
• Possess a car, valid driving license, and willingness to travel within Johor and Melaka.
