• Service existing accounts and identify new business opportunities through strategic planning and daily outreach.
• Customize your sales pitches to meet the unique needs of different sales outlets and trade factors.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitor activities and market developments.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Keep track of your activities and results with regular reports, helping shape our strategies and policies.
• Work as part of a dynamic team to achieve collective goals and drive our mission forward.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Preferred minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical sales, especially within Johor.
• Open to fresh graduates with a passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow.
• Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, including market trends and competitor activities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
