• Execute sales and marketing strategies effectively to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Product Demonstration & Education: Deliver impactful product presentations and training to ensure clients understand the features, benefits, and usage of all offerings.
• Negotiate and secure sales and contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.

Internal Communication:

• Stay informed about business developments by actively participating in company meetings and briefings.

Reporting & Feedback:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client visits, and submit regular reports with market insights to the Sales Manager for review and planning.

Job Requirements :

• Education : Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! Especially those with a diploma or degree in Biomedical Science, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Science, or related fields.
• Transportation: Must have a personal vehicle and be willing to travel within Northern and Southern Malaysia.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills with strong command of English and able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Problem-Solving: Strong skills in problem solving, sales planning, and strategy development.
• Personal Attributes: A mature, fast learner with a strong sense of motivation and the ability to work independently, ensuring high performance even in high-pressure situations.
